Empanadas

INGREDIENTS (Mushroom Pate)

75 Grams Walnuts
325 Grams Champignons
600 Grams
100 Grams Union
4 Cloves of garlic
2 Theapoons thyme
1/2 Teaspoon paprika powder
2 Teaspoons Sambal badjak
2 Spoons garlic oil
4 Spoons ketjap
4 Spoons soja
Sherry & Sherry vinegar

Black pepper
Salt

50 Gram Panko

Blend all these ingredients for a couple of minutes till its smooth and with any bits.

 

RAW INGREDIENTS
60 Gram Spring union (±3)
125 Gram cratted carrot
30 Gram corainder
