No Tuna Salad

Serve this salad on some lovely toasted bread and you will be in mediterranean heaven ; )
Also very nutritious and high in protein & fiber and good amount of vitamins and minerals.

Needed
250 Grams of Chickpeas and mash them up with a fork
At some cut up Dille
2 Spring unions cut up in small rings
Some corn
Cappers with a bit of it’s liquid
3 small pickels in tiny blocks
1 Spoon of mosterd
Vegan mayo to create this amazing spread!

Cherry tomatoes
Red union rings
