Lemony & Nutty snack’s To Go, homemade energy bars are great to have ready after your work out with a nice coffee.
Before anything I just make sure the nuts got a nice toastie taste so I will sure to give them a couple of minutes in the oven for color and flavor before you got to pulse them in (Not to ) tiny bits in the kitchen machine. Add the dades and the juice of 1 of the lemons.
INGREDIENTS (MIXER)
140 Grams Almonds
140 Grams Cashew nuts
12/13 Dades (Without the pist)
Juice of 1 Lemons
When the mixture is ready you can just add your nuts and fruits to it and mix well and get some baking paper to a 20×20 Cm backing tray to add the mixture and press flat and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Spoon of Hemp seeds
Spoon of Chai seeds
Spoon Shredded Coconut
Zest Shredded of 2 Lemons
Agave sirop
