Running my own coffee bar is my happy place — a spot where I feel content and love being. My passion for food, along with music and good vibes, brings smiles to everyone who visits.

Working alongside my daughter, who has real hands-on experience in hospitality, makes the whole experience even better. Together, we put care and heart into every cup and pastry, and that’s the gift we love to share with everyone who visits our coffee bar.

WHY A COFFEE BAR?

Over the past few years, I’ve developed a real love for coffee and the experience around it. I realized a coffee bar can be more than just a place to grab a drink — it’s a space to pause, enjoy a moment, and create a connection with people.

My travels to coffee spots in Hong Kong and Australia opened my eyes to all the flavors, brewing methods, and culture around coffee. Combined with my experience as a chef, I bring the same care and attention to every cup and pastry we serve.

At 7eventyfive, I want to make great coffee and delicious pastries in a cozy, welcoming space — a place where people feel at home, enjoy their time, and connect with each other over coffee ; )
